Quick answers

What everyone wants to know

There is no fixed minimum. We handle spot shipments from a single container up to full ship-lot allocation. For larger volumes (50+ TEU/month) we offer annual capacity agreements.

This is a real risk we have a concrete answer to: rail backup on the RCH corridor and the Piraeus–Szeged line. Route switching is automatic, at no extra charge, whenever water depth doesn't permit navigation.

Quotes are completely free and ready within 24 hours. Fill in the contact form and we send a concrete rate based on your shipment data — not an estimate.

We have limited ADR/IMDG capacity. Write to us with the cargo's UN number and class — we will confirm within 24 hours whether it can be accepted.

Yes. For Hungarian and Central European manufacturers we organise outbound shipments via Constanța to the Black Sea, and by rail heading west.

We guarantee a response within 24 business hours. For complex shipments (oversized, ADR) within 48 hours.

For standard import: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading (B/L or CMR), HS code. Our in-house customs agent at the terminal handles the full process — no external customs broker needed.

Not required. Spot, short-term (1–3 month) and annual framework agreements are all available. Annual agreements come with capacity guarantees and better rates.
